“THE SPARK CARD”
Before we get started, a couple thoughts: first, I believe that in order to fully embrace the messages offered by the cards, each tarot card reader must find a personal connotation and connection associated with each card. This creates a link between the reader’s super-conscious and the cards themselves. While the cards have a generally accepted interpretation, the personal connection with the cards often adds an additional layer to the reading.
In these posts, I will offer a “tagline” to help build associations while learning the cards and as a quick reference when doing readings. I find it important for all readers, however, to develop their own relationships with the cards and their messages as they hone their skills . In general, I use these taglines to jog my memory in order to fully interpret the card during readings.
As for the Ace of Wands:
- Initiation: dynamic and driving forces; beginning of action; initiation; seed of a new idea (that you are excited about)
- Newness: new job, new career prospect, new business prospect
- Energy: creative energy; dynamic action
